Plan the night before

To have a great day, you must have a great plan. Planning the night before helps to prepare and organize your activities and tasks before the main day strikes, having in mind what to do, so as not to wake up feeling lost and confused.

 

Wake up early

Waking up early is the first way to begin a day. When you see a new day, it reminds you of the gift of life; the fact that your life is not over yet but still in progress. It is a second chance to achieve what you couldn’t achieve in the past. By so doing, you prepare yourself ahead of the day which makes it easier for you to accomplish several tasks. Do you want to have a great day? Try waking up early. But ensure to always get to bed on time.

 

  Say a little prayer

A morning prayer is a way to dedicate your time and attention on seeking God’s plan for the day ahead. No matter how lazy you might feel when you wake up, saying a little prayer goes a long way in sustaining you throughout the day. Healthy Breakfast

This is the most important meal of the day. Starting your day with a healthy breakfast gives you the energy required and desired nutrient you need to stay on track for the day. Studies have shown that eating a healthy breakfast will not only boost your concentration and performance but your endurance and strength. Skip it and you’ll be exhausted in no time. Help yourself to a healthy breakfast low in sugar, high in quality protein and healthy carbohydrates.

 

Exercise

Exercise is known for promoting good health and well-being, physically and mentally. Doing this in the morning prepares your body ahead of the day’s activities. It gives you the vigor, strength and vitality you need to perform these tasks by stimulating your body and mind, increasing energy levels and making you feel less tired. From push ups to jumping jacks to squats or whatever you choose, get your body moving. It doesn’t have to be a 30 mins to 1 hour movement. With a 1-10 mins exercise, you are good to go for the day.

 

Freshen up (get the bacteria off-track)

Taking a cool shower makes you feel fresh and gets the bacteria off track. Bacteria is known for causing diseases and ill-health. Experts say that when subjected to the right conditions, bacteria multiply fast. In order not entertain this foreign visitors in your body, keep a good hygiene as this improves your mental and physical health, making you prepared for the day. Your health is your wealth.

 

Have a positive attitude

You need a great attitude for a great day. Having the right attitude helps in sustaining you throughout the day. From organizing yourself to self-discipline and all put in place,  your tasks will be done in a simple and brilliant way. With the right attitude, your success for that day is guaranteed.
